What You Can Expect
Sessions are 50 minutes and shaped by your pace, your needs, and your inner rhythm.
Rather than focusing on goals or outcomes, we work together to create space for what is already unfolding, often beneath the surface of language.
Somatic practices are woven in to help regulate and clear the nervous system of held stress or trauma, allowing space for your voice, clarity, and deeper self to come forward.
